Food safety
With our commitment to great quality, fresh food, food safety is naturally of great importance at Caffè Ritazza, and we have strict standards in place to ensure we go over and above the minimum standards in how our food is purchased, stored and prepared.
At all Caffè Ritazzas food is prepared in sanitary conditions that do not expose it to risk of contamination.
All Caffè Ritazza employees are provided with the information, training and management consultation necessary to perform their tasks in a hygienic manner and to comply with company food safety policies and procedures.
