Double celebration at Liverpool

Caffè Ritazza had double the reasons to celebrate earlier this year. As well as opening for business at Liverpool's John Lennon Airport, it also reached a milestone in its on-going expansion programme as this newest UK caffè bar brought the total number around the world to 290.

Located within airside departures, the new caffè has seating for over 100 customers and features a Ritazza Bar serving a range of wines and alcoholic beverages alongside its award winning coffees and freshly prepared savoury and sweet snacks.

Commenting on the opening, Simon Turl, Managing Director of SSP Air, who own and manage the site, said: "Our aim is to bring high quality catering facilities to airports which will help make the passenger's journey a more pleasurable experience." Neil Pakey, Managing Director of Liverpool's John Lennon Airport added: "Caffè Ritazza is a great addition to the growing list of high quality retail outlets now available to passengers flying from the airport."
