Caffè Ritazza Named Hot Concepts! Winner
Caffè Ritazza, a truly hot specialty espresso bar and caffè, has been named the winner of the much-respected Hot Concepts! Award. For the past ten years Nation's Restaurant News has been awarding outstanding foodservice entrepreneurs for developing innovative, cutting-edge operations with strong consumer appeal.
The winning brand is selected by a panel of leading food service executives, and is judged on a number of criteria, including the definition of the concept, the quality of its menu and its financial success.
